for American Legion Riders Chapter 128
Membership

Membership is a privilege, not a right guaranteed by the American Legion’s Constitution and Bylaws.  Nor is it a right specified in the American Legion Auxiliary’s Constitution and Bylaws.  Any individual, who is a member in good standing of The American Legion, The American Legion Auxiliary or the Sons of the American Legion, shall be eligible for membership in this Chapter of the American Legion Riders
