SUBJECT: Memo from Liquor Control Board for Harford County, Maryland dated January 2022.


In order to conform with the rules set forth by above, The American Legion Post 128 kitchen will:

1) Serve members only. Members are allowed one (1) guest daily. Food purchased must be consumed on premises.
2) Members and guests must use the main entrance to enter and exit. 100% Membership ID check.
3) Guest and sponsor must sign the guest book located inside the main entrance.
4) NO delivery or carry-out is permitted.
5) Kitchen hours will remain as posted on Canteen wall
   Saturday & Sunday             Closed
   Monday through Friday       4PM - 8PM
6) Kitchen may open for hall rental with approval of Commander and/or Club Steward.
7) There will be NO cooking on the premises and taken outside of Legion.
8) No outside food is to be brought into the Legion when the kitchen is open.
